With the changes that Ty have made to their beanie baby and buddie range of products, we have now reintroduced the Beeches Beanie Baby Club to incorporate Ty Beanie Buddies and Attics. We have also introduced a ranking system for club members to ensure that long standing club members are further rewarded..

On completion of an application form we will issue you with a membership card and a membership number. Your name and telephone number will be entered into a membership register – the date of membership will also be recorded.

As a Ty account holder we also stock a full range of Ty plush and Ty Attics.

ISilver members (those who have purchased more than 100 beanies from us) are automatically placed on waiting lists for beanies and are ranked by number of beanies purchased then date joined. Following on from Silver members will be those members who have reached the 75 bonus threshold. If you have preferences, ie bears only, buddies only etc YOU MUST LET US KNOW. Waiting lists will remain open at our discretion and may be closed from time to time as demand exceeds supply.

As soon as we receive a delivery from Ty, we turn to our waiting lists and complete as many requests as we have stock available. This is done in date order of request. We will then telephone or e-mail you advising that we have Beanies/Buddies/Attics for you – throughout this whole time there is no commitment to purchase – should you have already purchased an item that we are holding for you, this is no problem, the item will be offered to the next member on the waiting list. Should all requests be filled we will then put stock onto the shelves readily available for all customers to Beeches. We ask you to pick up/or pay for the item(s) that you wish to purchase from us within a week, after which time, if the items have not been paid for or picked up we will release to the next member on the list or place on the shelves. We will give you a RELEASE DATE - and this will be adhered to. If you wish to pay by credit card over the telephone or by e-mail - we will of course keep the beanies/buddies for you until you are able to pick up. If you are unable to pick up the beanies prior to the release date please contact us and we are able to extend the release date, this is purely at our discretion and is not automatic. We reserve the right to cancel membership of the club if items are not picked up/paid for on three occasions.

RANKING SYSTEM CRITERIA EXAMPLE:
First set:
Are you a silver member?
How many beanies have you purchased?
When did you join?
Second set:
Have you reached the 75 threshold?
How many beanies have you purchased?
When did you join?

When all the club members covered by the above criteria have been satisfied other members may appear on the waiting lists by date of request order.

We trust the above will satisfy both our club members requests and continue with the service that we offer to our customers.

Remember, your membership number is now very important
